Reconsideration under the Passenger Protect Program

Individuals in Canada who have been specified under section 4.81 of the Aeronautics Act and who have been denied boarding in accordance with an emergency direction made under section 4.76 of the Act can apply to Transport Canada's Office of Reconsideration (OOR) to have an independent review of the decision that placed this person on the Specified Persons List.
